Return and refund policy

RETURNS POLICY AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Applicable to orders placed by customers from European Union member states

1. General Conditions

Select Baits offers the possibility of returning products to customers who notify their intention to do so within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the Customer. Returns must be shipped exclusively via a door-to-door courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS, GLS or equivalent). Standard postal services and EMS are not accepted.

In the event of withdrawal from the Contract, the Customer is required to return the products within a maximum of 14 days from the date of notification of the withdrawal decision.

2. Return Procedure

The Customer must notify Select Baits of their intention to return products within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the products, using one of the following methods:

If the Customer fails to notify their intention to return within the above deadline, Select Baits reserves the right to refuse the returned parcel.

Completion of the return form is mandatory for all returns, in order to ensure proper tracking and processing. After receipt of the returned product, the Customer will be contacted by a Select Baits representative to confirm the refund or replacement details.

3. Conditions for Returned Products

Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:

In the same condition as delivered — unused and undamaged

In the original packaging, with all labels intact

Accompanied by all original documents: invoice, warranty certificate, accessories

Matching the original quantities and values stated on the packaging

Select Baits reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not meet the above conditions, products that have been used and can no longer be resold, and products that, by their nature, are perishable or cannot be returned under applicable law.

Products sold as a set must be returned as a complete set. In cases where a free gift was included with an Order that is being returned in full, the Customer is required to return the free gift as well, in its original, undamaged and unsealed condition.

4. Refunds

For full Order returns, the Customer will receive a refund of the value of the returned products and the original shipping cost paid, within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date on which Select Baits is informed of the return decision and receives the written request accompanied by all details necessary to process the refund.

Select Baits may delay the refund until physical receipt of the returned product or until proof of dispatch is provided.

Refunds are processed as follows:

Orders paid by credit card — refund to the card used for payment

Orders paid via PayPal — refund to the PayPal account used for payment

Alternatively, at the Customer's request, the refund may be issued as a store credit voucher redeemable on www.selectbaits.com within 30 days of confirmation of receipt of the return, or in the form of other products of equivalent value.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, the Customer has the right to withdraw from the Contract within 14 calendar days of the date of physical receipt of the product, without being required to provide any justification and without incurring any additional costs, other than the return shipping costs which remain the Customer's responsibility.

The Customer undertakes to return the products in the same condition as delivered. Products showing physical alterations, impacts, chips, scratches, signs of excessive use or unauthorised modifications will not be accepted for return.

The following categories are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU Art. 16:

Products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised

Products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly

Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if unsealed by the Customer after delivery

Products which, after delivery, are by their nature inseparably mixed with other items

Sealed audio or video recordings which were unsealed after delivery

Newspapers, periodicals and magazines, with the exception of subscription contracts

Digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, where execution has begun with the Customer's prior express consent

Service contracts, after the service has been fully performed, where performance began with the Customer's prior express consent

6. Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

The Customer exercises their right of withdrawal by notifying Select Baits at contact@selectbaits.com or by completing the return form available at https://www.selectbaits.com/return-form, before the expiry of the 14-day period.

Select Baits will refund the Customer the value of the product and the original shipping cost within a maximum of 14 calendar days of receiving the withdrawal notification, as follows:

Orders paid by credit card — refund to the card used for payment

Orders paid via PayPal — refund to the PayPal account used for payment
