This special type of leader has started to gradually replace the oldschool leadcore or antitangle tube among carp anglers' preferences. Its main advantage over leadcore is that it can be used as is, straight off the shelf, as it already comes supplied with various swivels (classical or quick change).

In addition, our leaders are not as heavy as leadcore, which is a great advantage when you need those extra yards on your long-distance casting.

They come supplied in 100cm length, ideal for keeping your rig tangle-free, but also clear of sharp edges or snags where you may lose the fish. During the tense fight, carp tend to rub or roll against the line, which holds the risk of damaging the fish if the line gets under its scales. With our leader we all but guarantee this will not happen.

Unlike conventional anti-tangle tubing, our special leaders are made from a very dense material, which sinks like a brick and perfectly hugs the contours of the bottom.

The loops at the end have been made through heat processing which reduces the risk of tangles, as the material will never snag the main line.

Available with both Select Baits Ring Swivel and Select Baits Quick Change Swivel. Both types of swivels are compatible with virtually lead clips and in-line lead setups available on the market.
